1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "We," "Us," "Our," or "ugo808" refers to the operator of the ugo808 platform, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors.

• "Account" means the registered member account created by you upon completing the ugo808 registration process.

• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your ugo808 Account, excluding bonus credits unless stated otherwise.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required prior to any withdrawal.
• "IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any betting, gaming, or lottery activity on the ugo808 platform. This age restriction applies without exception. ugo808 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will terminate any account where the member is found to be under 21.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to open or maintain a ugo808 account:

• Persons under the age of 21.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of ugo808 or its associated companies.
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded or banned from the Platform.
• Persons acting on behalf of a third party or using another person's identity or funds.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on ugo808. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. ugo808 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit balances upon discovery of duplicate account activity.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card — KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, and bank account details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted under your account will be treated as having been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ugo808 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Personal Use Only

Your ugo808 account is for personal entertainment use only. You must not use your account for commercial purposes, on behalf of another person, or in connection with any business enterprise. Betting syndicates and professional arbitrage operations are not permitted without prior written consent from ugo808.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

ugo808 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions. ugo808 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to Members who have successfully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals will be processed only to a bank account registered in the same legal name as the ugo808 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for the next available processing window. ugo808 targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests submitted before 15:00 WIB.

4.5 Funds Integrity

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ugo808 account are legitimately owned by you and are free from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful origin. ugo808 complies with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards and reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds at any time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by ugo808 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods communicated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum of 5 (five) times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer is available to eligible Members only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

5.3 Prohibited Bonus Practices

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account suspension:

• Placing opposing bets (also known as "arbing" or "bonus hunting") across accounts or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Colluding with other Members to exploit promotional structures.
• Using automated scripts or bots to place bonus-related bets.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

ugo808 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bets already validly placed under the promotion's terms at the time of cancellation will be honored. ugo808's decisions regarding promotional disputes are final.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by ugo808 at our sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a unique bet confirmation reference number displayed on screen and/or sent to your registered contact. ugo808 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without explanation.

6.2 Odds and Prices

All odds displayed on the ugo808 platform are subject to change until a bet is formally confirmed. In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds have been published due to a technical or human error significantly deviating from fair market value — ugo808 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Members.

6.3 Sports Betting

ugo808 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to: football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), basketball, volleyball, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are governed by their own specific rule sets published on the Platform.

6.4 Lottery (Togel) Markets

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — including Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HK), and Sydney (SDY) draws — are governed by the official draw results published by the respective market operators. In the event of a draw cancellation or official result amendment, ugo808 will apply void rules and return stakes within 24 hours.

6.5 Casino and Live Games

All casino games available on ugo808 are independently certified for fairness and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds from licensed studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi). Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server record, which is the authoritative record in all disputes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ugo808 platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting.
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the Platform's payment facilities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ugo808 staff or other Members.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of a third party without express written authorization from ugo808.

8 KYC & Identity Verification

8.1 Verification Requirements

Before any withdrawal is processed, ugo808 requires all Members to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submitting clear copies of the following documents:

• Valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of the bank account to be used for withdrawals (e.g., first page of bank book / passbook, or a recent bank statement) for any of the supported banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or Bank Danamon.
• A selfie photograph holding the KTP alongside a handwritten note stating "ugo808" and the submission date, where requested by the verification team.

8.2 Verification Timeline

Standard KYC verification is completed within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documents. ugo808 may request additional documentation at any stage if the initial submission is incomplete or inconclusive. During the KYC review period, the account will remain active for depositing and playing; withdrawals will be held pending verification completion.

8.3 Ongoing Monitoring

ugo808 reserves the right to request updated or additional KYC documentation from any Member at any time in connection with our AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure, with funds held pending resolution.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

11.2 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ugo808's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

11.3 Excluded Losses

ugo808 shall not be liable under any circumstances for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) loss of data or goodwill; (c) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or (d) losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party payment processing delays.

12 Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Member

You may close your ugo808 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal requirements) will be refunded to your registered bank account within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12.2 Closure by ugo808

ugo808 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, collusion, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe; or at our sole business discretion. Where an account is closed due to a proven breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ugo808 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Members via the Platform notification system and/or registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which ugo808 operates. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
